Why is the Village Undertaking this Engagement Effort?
Before undertaking planning for the Village Center district and redevelopment of the Village owned parcels in the heart of Germantown, the Village would like to understand community needs and desires. This will allow the Village to establish a plan that addresses community needs and preferences.
Consultants are working with the Village to conduct engagement activities and will provide the Village Board with a report detailing the results of engagement activities and community priorities.
